Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know about getting your Final Verse pieces, and what happens if something isn't right. Wear it hard — but read this first.

Processing & production

Each piece is made to order and snow-washed individually, so it isn't sitting in a warehouse waiting — it's made for you. Allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. Drop orders (June 25) are fulfilled in the sequence they're placed, so order early.

Shipping times

Once your order ships, estimated delivery:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Canada & UK: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of world: 10–20 business days

You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order leaves. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees — customs and carrier delays are out of our hands.

Shipping costs

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Any duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & exchanges

We want you in pieces you actually love. If something isn't right:

  • You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with any tags attached.
  • Because every piece is made to order, we handle returns case by case — reach out and we'll sort you out.

What we can't take back

Snow-washed garments vary slightly from piece to piece by design — small differences in fade, tone, and texture are a feature, not a defect, and aren't grounds for return. Worn, washed, or altered items can't be returned. Final-sale and discounted drop items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order shows up damaged, faulty, or just wrong, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll replace it or make it right — no fight required.

How to start a return

Email shopzervira@gmail.com with your order number and what you need. We typically reply within 1–2 business days.

What breaks you builds you — your clothes shouldn't break first. If they do, we've got you.
